1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Clearance or sale items
3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof.
You will be eligible for:
- Free replacement OR
- Full refund
👉 Under Indian consumer law, customers are entitled to refund/replacement if goods are defective or not as described
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued:
- To original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Via bank transfer (for COD orders)
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error → Free pickup arranged
- If return is due to customer preference → Customer bears shipping cost

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
